Discovery Call

In this complimentary 15 minute voice or video call we will go over your currrent concerns, any questions you may have, and my approach to care. However, since you are not yet a patient of mine, no medical advice can be given during this call.

One-on-one sessions where we will work on helping you achieve your strength and fitness goals!

Initial Assessment

For the assessment we will go through a history to learn more about you, your goals, and any barriers to movement that you currently have, as well as screen for various health conditions. From there, we will find your current baselines for movement, go over your program, and educate you on the best options for you going forward.

We will continue with education about rehab/training and pain, address any barriers that you are facing, re-evaluate your movement baselines, and make any necessary modifications to your activity and movement.

We will continue with education about rehab/training and pain, address any barriers that you are facing, re-evaluate your movement baselines, and make any necessary modifications to your activity and movement through an online format.
